We want you to be happy with every order you place at Jokes by Post, but we know that things can sometimes go wrong. We want to know if we have done something wrong so that we have the opportunity to put it right.

 

We offer a full 60 days ‘No Questions Asked’ Guarantee!, This policy is so simple, if you don’t like what you have received from us you have a full 60 days to return it to us in a saleable condition and you will receive a refund or replacement its your choice.

 

All we ask is that you complete the returns form on the rear of your delivery note and contact us at returns@jokesbypost.co.uk so we may issue you with a returns number.

 

 

Costumes

 

Please contact us at returns@jokesbypost.co.uk or call us on 0800 043 0183 and we will send you a returns bag for your costume. Please quote your invoice number or customer number on all

correspondence.

 

Other Products

 

Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 60 days from the date of your order being despatched. Items should be returned to:

Refunds on products that are unwanted will not include your return postage, but will contain your original postage costs.

 

Faulty Items or items sent in error

 


If an item we have sent you is faulty, damaged or sent in error then please contact us at returns@jokesbypost.co.uk or call us on 0800 043 0183 describing the problem.

 

Please contact us for all returns and we will provide you with a returns number, this speeds up your refund or replacement when received back into our warehouse.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
