Jokes by Post promise to provide the goods you have ordered, plus postage and packing, subject always to availability and cleared funds.
If an item that you order is out of stock we will try to obtain it for you. We will e-mail you with the expected despatch time and allow you the option to proceed with the order, to remove the item from your order and get a refund or to replace it with another item of your choice. Where there is a price difference, you will be charged or allowed (as the case may be) that difference.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Stirling; however, payment can be made in any of the displayed currencies.
If payment is made via PayPal or Nochex payment is taken instantly, if however you choose to use a credit card or debit card we will not charge your card until your order is dispatched.
Where possible items are dispatched on the same day of ordering as detailed below.
We will deliver orders as quickly as we can and under normal circumstances, goods should be received in the UK within one week, and within two weeks outside the UK. If we are unable to meet these delivery times, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a different delivery date or offer a full refund.
Jokes by Post wants you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems and endeavour to respond to complaints within 1 working day. Contact Customer Services giving as much detail of your order as possible.
Immediate Dispatch is taken to mean within one working day. All UK orders are dispatched via First Class Mail and the rest of the world via AirMail.
All orders received before 3pm Monday -Friday (UK Time) are dispatched that day.
You have 60 days during which you can return the goods for any reason. We have a no questions asked policy and will cheerfully refund or replace that item subject to being returned in an unused and resalable condition.
Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products, however, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them.
